Payment Processing

Hosting and Technical Logs
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Hosting providers may automatically log technical information (such as IP address and request data) for security, reliability, and performance monitoring.
AI Chat Assistant
We use an AI-powered chat service provided by Ultimo Bots to answer questions and provide customer support. When you use the chat, the information processed may include the contents of your messages, timestamps, your IP address, browser and device information, the referring page, and information you choose to provide such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Ultimo Bots processes this information on our behalf to operate, secure, support, and improve the chat service. Ultimo states that it may use data for analytics, security, product development, and improvement of its platform and AI, but that it does not use visitors' conversations to train its own AI models and that customer data is not used to train third-party models. Ultimo currently identifies Microsoft Azure as its hosting and storage provider and OpenAI as its underlying AI provider; its Privacy Policy permits use of an equivalent AI provider. Information may be processed internationally.
Ultimo states that chat conversations are retained until the customer deletes them or requests deletion; it does not currently provide an automatic expiration schedule for conversations.
We recommend that you do not submit sensitive personal information through the chat. If you have questions about information you have provided through the chat or want to request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at support@icatraining.com.
